As someone who does not have mental health issues, I think it's important to recognize that people around me do, because it makes it easier to reach out to them. Often, when people have undiagnosed depression/anxiety, they seem confused/frustrated and unable to reach out, especially if they believe their condition makes them "weird" or makes them feel like an outcast. I would like this piece to communicate that it is important for those with or without a mental illness to accept it for what it is and to provide those around you with available resources.
