For those with Private Insurance:
Call the 1-800 number on your Medical Insurance Card to inquire about in-network therapy services.

Some therapists or clinics offer therapy on a sliding scale, which means that charges fluctuate based on income. Feel free to refer to our AAPI Therapist Directory for a list of trusted therapists. Ask about a sliding scale or other payment options when you call.
