Fall Workshop Series: Resilience and Wellness

In fall of 2020, we launched this workshop series to discuss 4 different topics that had become increasingly relevant and we wanted to provide a space to cultivate a greater understanding of resilience and well-being.

These bi-weekly workshops took place for an hour and a half per session, with each workshop facilitated by a different AAPI mental health professional. Each workshop began with a psychoeducational component where a concept or concrete practice/skill was taught. Participants then had an opportunity to practice, followed by a group discussion and sharing session.
